Twenty Five

A new Japanese teishoku restaurant which serves 25 types of signature Japanese entrees and of combinations of side dishes, was introduced to Texas. We unleash new perceptions, feelings, and connections through materiality, lighting, color, and texture. In reflection of the traditional Japanese home dining experience, the furniture layout and selection display a wide variety of seating settings.

Located in Katy, Texas, Twenty Five envelopes patrons in a sensory experience with an abundance of Japanese interior elements and contemporary references on display, such as modernized wood framing ceiling, paper partition wall, and antique copper mirror plates.
