Melrose Hotel

Melrose hotel is currently under construction, expected to be completed at the end of 2023. Build2B helps the owner to bring the design to life. The focal point grand stairs are pre-fabricated and installed on site. By prefabricating it, it avoids the coordination of carpenters, customized lighting, and stone fabricators, everything is all included in one trade. We also help them custom make all the modular seating and planter systems. The modular seating is precisely cut by a CNC machine then assembled on the job site.
