KICK START
The first step is to analyze the project requirements thoroughly, including the project scope, budget, timeline, and any other specifications the client has provided. Understanding the client’s vision and design aesthetic is important to provide appropriate vendor lists. Based on the analysis, identify suitable vendors who can supply the required materials and tools.
ESTIMATE
Once the vendors have been chosen, create a detailed list of the materials and tools needed for the project. We will create a proposal with all the breakdown items’ estimates and schedules.
MOCK-UP
Once the materials and tools have been received, we will provide shop drawings or samples to the client for approval, ensuring that the design meets the client’s expectations and that any changes can be made before fabrication begins.
FABRICATION
Upon approval of the drawings and samples, fabrication will start. The local project manager (PM) will periodically check the status and the final product. All the items will be clearly labeled to avoid any errors.
SHIPPING TO YOUR DOOR
Everything will be shipped to the job site when the fabrication is complete. All the delivery will be coordinated as one shipment to ensure a smooth logistical process.
INSTALLATION
Installation is easy: a local general contractor (GC) or owner’s representative can take charge of the installation using the installation manual provided. A troubleshooting service is also available if needed.

Pre-screening
All chosen manufacturers have undergone strict quality screening, field inspection, competitiveness comparison, and satisfaction evaluation. We only entrust your job to the most experienced providers, many of whom have been our partners for years.
Shop drawings
Standard shop drawings, construction documents, and support guides will be provided with all products to the GC and local builders for easy installation.
Transportation coordination
Our services provide hassle-free shipping coordination, including freight packaging, multi-manufacturer package coordination, international shipping, customs clearance, inland transportation, and door-to-door delivery.
On-site supervision
We offer additional on-site services to seamlessly work with all parties to ensure timely delivery at the expected quality standard. Services may encompass pre-production on-site verification, installation assistance, troubleshooting, milestone observation, and inspections.
